Work your queue is where you spend most of your day. It lines up every lead due today, split by channel, so you always know who to reach next.

Find your queue

Open the Cockpit and go to Work your queue. It is split into Call, Email, SMS, and LinkedIn tabs, each showing how many are due.

Work through a channel

  1. Pick a channel tab, such as Call.
  2. Select Open on a lead to act on it: place the call, send the email, or complete the LinkedIn step.
  3. Select Skip to pass a lead and move to the next one.

Calling through the queue

To call without stopping, select Start call session and the power dialer works through your call queue one lead at a time. See Start a call session with the power dialer for more.
