Daily activity goals give each rep a clear target for the day. Progress against them shows on the Cockpit, and feeds team attainment and the leaderboard.

Set a rep's targets

  1. Go to Settings, then Team, and open the Members tab.
  2. For each member, set their daily targets for calls, emails, SMS, and LinkedIn.
  3. Save your changes.

Where goals show up

Each rep sees their goals as the five cards across the top of the Cockpit: Tasks done, Calls, Emails, LinkedIn, and Replies. The percentage at the top is their overall progress for the day. Team attainment on the Team screen rolls these up across everyone.

Setting realistic targets

Match targets to the role. A rep focused on calling will have a high call target, while a multi-channel rep will have targets spread across channels. You can adjust them at any time.
