Email steps in your sequences send from your own inbox, so they look personal and land well. You connect your inbox once.
Connect your inbox
- Go to Settings, then Email Accounts.
- Select Connect Gmail, Connect Outlook, or Connect via SMTP, depending on your provider.
- Follow the prompts to authorise the connection.
What you get
Once connected, your sequence emails send one to one from your real address, and replies and opens are tracked back to the lead automatically. Until an inbox is connected, email steps will not send.
