A pipeline groups the stages a deal moves through. Every organisation starts with a default Sales pipeline, and you can adjust its stages or add more pipelines for other motions, such as renewals or partners.
Edit your stages
- Go to Settings, then Pipelines.
- Select the Sales pipeline.
- For each stage, set its label, its type (Open, Won, or Lost), and its win probability.
- Add or remove stages with the Stage controls, then save.
Why probabilities matter
Each stage's probability drives your weighted forecast on the Opportunities board, so realistic probabilities give you a realistic view of what will close.
Add a pipeline
Select Add to create a pipeline for a different motion. Each pipeline has its own stages, so you can track new business separately from renewals or partnerships.
