Leadey stores a full profile for every lead, made up of fields about the lead, its company, and the company's contacts. There are 28 built-in fields, and you can add your own.

Built-in fields

Built-in fields cover the lead (such as name, title, email, phone, lead status, lead source, score, do not call, and next action), the company (such as name, domain, website, industry, employees, location, and hiring roles), and each contact (such as name, title, email, phone, and primary contact). These cannot be edited or removed.

Add a custom field

  1. Go to Settings, then Custom Fields.
  2. Under Custom Fields, add a field and give it a name and type.
  3. Save your changes.

Custom fields appear on the lead detail view, and they can be mapped from inbound campaign webhooks, so data you send into Leadey lands in the right place.
