A campaign, called a funnel in some URLs, is a set of steps that moves leads through your outreach. You build one in five steps.

Start a new campaign

Go to Campaigns and select Create Campaign. The builder opens on step 1.

1. Campaign details

Name the campaign, add an optional description, and choose its visibility. Private means only assigned members can see and work it. Public means everyone on your team can. Assign the members who will work it and set an owner.

2. Audience

Choose who enters the campaign. You can add leads from your database, a saved filter, a CSV import, or a scraper search.

3. Sequence

Build the steps and their timing. See Build a multi-channel sequence for the detail.

4. Email automation

Connect the mailboxes that will send your email steps and set your sending options. This step matters only if your sequence includes email.

5. Review and launch

Check the summary, which shows the audience size, number of steps, and team, then launch the campaign to set it live. You can also Save draft at any point and finish later.
