Everyone who uses Leadey needs their own account in your workspace. You invite teammates by email and choose what they can do.

Invite a teammate

  1. Go to Settings, then Team.
  2. Select Add member.
  3. Enter their work email and choose a role.
  4. Send the invite. They receive an email to set up their account and join your workspace.

Roles

There are two roles. Admins can manage the organisation, billing, team, and platform settings. Members can work campaigns, leads, and calls, but cannot change organisation-wide settings. Give people the lowest role they need for their job.

Seats

Your plan includes a set number of seats, shown at the top of the Team screen, for example 6 of 15 seats used. Each active member uses one seat. If you run out, add seats under Settings, then Billing.

Daily targets and pods

Under Team, you can set each rep's daily activity goals for calls, emails, SMS, and LinkedIn, and group reps into pods. Pods and goals feed the leaderboard and team analytics.
