A lead's status tells you where it stands. Leadey comes with 12 built-in statuses, and you can add your own. Statuses appear in the lead status dropdown across campaigns and the cold-calling view.
Built-in statuses
The built-in statuses are New, Contacted, No Answer, Interested, Not Interested, Callback, Competitor, DNC, Other Contact, Qualified, Bounced, and Completed. These cannot be edited or removed.
Add a custom status
- Go to Settings, then Lead Statuses.
- Select New.
- Name the status and save your changes.
Terminal statuses
Mark a status as Terminal to treat leads in it as finished. Terminal leads are hidden from your active queues, so reps only see leads that still need work. Statuses such as Not Interested, DNC, Qualified, Bounced, and Completed are terminal by default.
